libkpeople3 software package provides Library providing access to and grouping for KDE contacts, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkpeople3
libkpeople3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkpeople3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkpeople3 *
You will get with libkpeople3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
